Privacy Policy

The short version

Everything you type on WuTangName is processed locally in your browser. Your names are not uploaded, not stored on any server, and not seen by anyone but you. Your recent results live in your browser’s local storage and disappear if you clear site data.

Details

Typed names. Processed by JavaScript running on your device. There is no server call — the generator is a static page.

Local storage. The generator keeps your last few results in localStorage so the history survives a page refresh. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted.

Analytics and ads. The site may use privacy-respecting analytics and display advertising to cover hosting costs. Ad partners may set their own cookies per their policies; you can opt out via your browser or ad settings. We do not sell personal data — we do not have any to sell.

Share cards. When you download a share card, the image is rendered on your device from data already in your browser. No upload is involved.

Children. The generator is a simple entertainment tool with no age-based data collection, because there is no data collection at all.

Changes. If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, the change gets a dated note at the top of this page. We will not quietly expand what we collect — the current design makes that structurally difficult, and we like it that way.
